When I explained that I have done the same shipment many times at another location, they said every location is different. While I was trying to explain, they suddenly said “okay, let’s try,” and once they scanned the label, my receipt printed right away. What I didn’t like was the manager’s rude behavior. He kept interrupting me and didn’t let me finish my sentence, constantly telling me to stop talking, as if he was performing surgery and couldn’t be distracted. Also, I don’t understand what “every location is different” means. A UPS Store should operate the same everywhere.

I ended up going to another location, where my fax went through without any issues. Additionally, after purchasing tape and a cutter, I overheard an employee make an unprofessional comment to a coworker implying that customers “barely buy these items.” That was unnecessary and inappropriate. Overall, the staff appeared untrained and unprepared to assist customers. Unfortunately, this experience felt like a waste of time, and I won’t be returning to this location
