No matter how busy the store is they always remain efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful. I know that they work incredibly hard during peak hours. Yet the still take the time to greet customers, answer questions and make sure everything is done correctly. I always choose this location because I know I can rely on them to be organized and fast even under pressure. Their strong work ethic and communication truly sets them apart from other sites that I’ve went to. I always have a positive experience with them :)

- LLlwinincNov 6, 20251.0I asked for overnight service and the person sent it residential ground. My mistake was when I said overnight they would automatically do overnight and not have to check it. Also I asked for legal documents to be scanned and emailed and the person sent it to wrong email even though I wrote it down, extremely disappointed and very angry. When I went to complaint today the manager said you should have paid more attention instead of apologizing for the wrong email scanned and also wrong shipping method even though I said overnight 3 times. This manager took no accountability for his employees action.
