  I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I waited over 30 minutes, and neither employee seemed to know how to operate the fax machine or process a refund. I ended up going to another location, where my fax went through without any issues. Additionally, after purchasing tape and a cutter, I overheard an employee make an unprofessional comment to a coworker implying that customers “barely buy these items.” That was unnecessary and inappropriate. Overall, the staff appeared untrained and unprepared to assist customers. Unfortunately, this experience felt like a waste of time, and I won’t be returning to this location

  This is my thrid visit on saturdays to drop off packages because my daily pickup does not come on weekends and was told "We do not have space our boss told us not to accept anymore drop offs and bring stuff to Uniondale". I am ecommerce seller and give about half a million dollars to UPS and this is what i get told. Will get in touch with corporate on Monday.

  The most important reason for giving this rating is the consistency and dedication of the team. No matter how busy the store is they always remain efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful. I know that they work incredibly hard during peak hours. Yet the still take the time to greet customers, answer questions and make sure everything is done correctly. I always choose this location because I know I can rely on them to be organized and fast even under pressure. Their strong work ethic and communication truly sets them apart from other sites that I’ve went to. I always have a positive experience with them :)
