His answers to my questions were sarcastic and it ended up not being the correct charger for my phone, which was the point of asking for his assistance. I showed him my phone and he said it would work, but that was while he yawned in my face. East Islip Staples has gone right down hill!!

- ABA BJan 29, 20262.0I have to agree with other comments regarding the customer service. I will say the guy at the front counter by UPS pickup is always so sweet. He’s also on the regular register sometimes - he says hello and greets you when you walk in. But the guy by the print station with the brown hair and beard, no customer service at all - very rude. Customer service is not an easy job at all, I get it, however when a customer or anyone for that matter walks up to the counter and you’re about to assist them or help them and the person says “Hello, how are you?” And you say absolutely nothing to them - not even a hello? that’s rude. He just waited for me to place my item on the counter after I greeted him. I said “Hello, how are you?” He says nothing. I wanted to say something to him then and there however I didn’t want to upset the person helping me with my return. So I left it alone.
