She wouldn’t let me finish a sentence without interrupting and made it seem like i was a burden for even showing up. Very bad experience and darlene was incredibly rude.

Where do they get these people from? Use the Schodack post office the people behind the counter are much nicer and efficient. No wonder they are slowly closing the post offices as they are hardly needed today.
