- MMmal1 day ago1.0Bad service. Lady at front desk is rude. Just fire that thing already. Every time I go into the post office and have to look at her face. I always want to throw up in my mouth.

Don’t even get me started, the front desk lady with glasses had a HORRIBLE attitude, this lady does not talk she YELLS. Why work here when you’re so miserable?? I would try to explain to her what I needed help on and she walked off on me mid-sentence. What a joke! As soon as you walk in she looks at you as if you’re disturbing her, lady you picked this job! Why are you trying to make me feel bad when you’re the one who picked this job? I don’t think this lady has smiled in a day in her life, she’s probably the first AI demo for USPS which is a complete fail.

- AKAmy KayFeb 3, 20261.0East Elmhurst Post Office at 2.45 pm on Feb 3,2026. My son gave an orange notice to pick up his package and his valid NY state ID to USPS staff(man). He refused to give package to my son because an address on his ID didn’t match to an address on the package. He didn’t even go to check my son’s package in the back of office at all. He told my son to pick up his package at another Post Office. What??? Why??? An orange notice indicated to pick up here at East Elmhurst Post Office. So I came in the line with my son to speak with him ,I asked him to check my son’s package was here or not. Like I thought, My son’s package was here.Why did he tell my son to pick up at another Post Office???? He gave a package to my son 10 mins later and He still complained about the address on his valid NY state ID didn’t match to package. What’s going on here? Awful Service , Rude and Dismissive.
