Her name was Debbie and she was so informative and told me I didn't need to buy a bag for my package because it was priority mail and well I just felt like she was so helpful! I had brought tape which I've purchased before for packages for this same situation and came prepared to buy a bag as this is what I have always done in the past and no one has ever told me otherwise. Also makes me feel good knowing there is someone out there speaking up to inform customers! Thank you again!
