- TMTaylor McFarlandMay 18, 20195.0Called this morning because a package was supposed to be delivered to a friend yesterday and was late for whatever reason it got stuck at my local distribution center in Columbia SC for an extra day... it was showing out for delivery but wouldn’t arrive to until party was started which package was needed for. Talked to Mark and he tried helping me the best he could before passing me off to Tanya. Tanya said there was nothing they could do since it was already on the mail truck out for delivery I told her how important it was to get this package sooner and she stated she would call me back and took my number. She called me back in 5 minutes and said that they sent a clerk to go pick the package up from the truck so the customer could pick it up from post office within 15 minutes. I was speechless. I ship hundreds of packages monthly and deal with a lot of mishaps and late packages and have never dealt with a post office that was so willing to go out of their way to help a customer ever! Thank you so so much Dunkirk Post Office! ♥️

I had to go to the store myself for them to tell me that “[My package] has not been sorted yet.” And that it would “Arrive to my house shortly.” I finally received it two days later. Unbelievably poor service. Don’t waste you time relying on them.
