I could understand this if there were more than 4 pieces of mail, but for a postcard, pennysaver and a bill? Also a package I received via them was crushed and broken, and consistently get someone else's mail - when I put it back for him, he puts it back in my box - crumpled up! I think someone needs anger management and a new job!
