- MLMeredith LewisDec 16, 20211.0I too would give them zero stars if I could (as another reviewer said). I have been twice. Both times there were no other customers there. The woman behind the counter was extremely nasty without any provocation on both occasions. She yelled at me today because I put my package 5 inches to the left of where it "should" have gone. Many of us have difficult jobs and often have difficult personal situations as well, but we find a way to treat others with respect. Sad to think that a woman like this has lost her humanity. I will only come here again if I seek a spiritual challenge. ;)

They never answer the phone when you call, they never deliver packages on time, and I always receive mail that isn't mine even though my name is on my mailbox. The in-office staff are always rude and the mailmen are even worse. Just shut this place down already - none of them deserve to work there.

After leaving the staff 5 of the tracking numbers, I stood and waited for about 15-20 minutes, before being told that I would have to wait for a call after my packages were located. Apparently, a new mail carrier took responsibility of my street, and they were unsure as to where the packages were. The entire day has gone by and still no response. I'll have to get a refund from Amazon, and figure out how to get my texts for school.
