They made friendly conversation and answered any questions I had. I wish I asked their names, but they were at the front desk on 7/31/25 at 11:45am!
- DDdede diazJul 17, 20251.0My husband and I went into renew our passport today and the clerk gave us such a hard time the female clerk that was there told the other clerk that was suppose to help us, not to do our passport, no one was speaking to her she was disrespectful I told them I was going to report them and she told me to go a head ,and she was also talking about me with another customer These clerks are disrespectful because the supervisor allows it. When I ask to speak to their supervisor he acted like he didn't care and he also came out with a mean face, I told my husband to forget it and let's just file a complain. So I went in to submit my documents and the lady seems hella rude and frustrated I didn’t get her name but she was dark skin n it seems as if she got annoyed that she was called from back to come deal with customer as she kept saying it. Keep in mind I went in with an appointment yet she seems to rude worst experience ever. Never come here!!
