The person I spoke with gave me inaccurate information that led to my package not being delivered. I stood outside waiting for 2 hours waiting to avoid this, the member I spoke to lied and said I didn’t need to sign for my package and that they would call when it arrived so I could let them in. I was waiting on my router for work and due to their lack of professionalism I may lose my job. If at all possible do not use this service. They do not care about there customers
