- HHHeatherOct 8, 20251.0They are insanely rude. I tried making an appt for a passport the night before. It didn’t go through. There was every time available. We came in that morning and there was no one there. The man was so abrupt and not helpful. He didn’t care that we had pulled my daughter out of school and showed absolutely no empathy.
