- KRKelsey ReuschDec 1, 20251.0Keeps marking my package as delivered over an hour before my package is actually delivered. Phone system is ridiculous, you have to jump through hoops to get through to a representative. I managed to hunt down the driver at my apartment complex, but ESPECIALLY during holidays when theft is high, customers need to have accurate delivery times especially when not left inside something safe.

We came in that morning and there was no one there. The man was so abrupt and not helpful. He didn’t care that we had pulled my daughter out of school and showed absolutely no empathy.
