We dropped off two packages to this location and realized after closing that we had accidentally packed something extremely sentimental to my 6 year old, in one of the boxes. I called the store after hours and left a desperate message to see if they could help me, and they did! The manager/owner called me back AFTER CLOSING to assist me in retrieving my sentimental item. I couldn’t believe his generosity and kindness. He really went above and beyond for us and our family is extremely grateful. I am so thankful and impressed by their customer service!
