However, I preferred the UPS boxes over USPS because it's more flexible with packages and access. I shopped around and found that this UPS store was not only the most reasonably priced, but their Employees were the most friendly and knowledgeable. For Christmas, the owner/operators gave all box holders a Christmas card. Small touches like that really set a business apart, and it's a reminder that they treat their Employees and Customers like family. From notarization, passport photos, copies, mail, shipping, packing, and much more - I go out of my way for this location. I'd recommend this UPS store to anyone who appreciates great service from a kind and well-trained staff.

This is for the depew DNL plaza UPS store, it's small.But very Efficient. It was nice when they measured the height of my daughter on their giraffe, measuring stick hanging on the wall.

Convenient location for Depew, Lancaster area. But what makes this location unique is the over-the-top, beyond-the-call excellent service. Friendly, welcoming staff go waaaaaay out of their way to be helpful. I love going to this location and really appreciate the help and work of the entire staff. None finer.
