I either always talk to Sandy who denies what was said when she talks to her supervisor and her Supervisor Val likes to tell people to act like an adult and accuses you of lying. I even tried talking to Jason who is above Val and he refuses to speak to you. So your strong armed into paying whatever they say you owe even when it's there accounting mistake. So much for customer friendly.
