When you call to report a problem you spend 90% of the time on hold just for them to tell you “we’ve created a ticket and the problem should be resolved in 1-2 business days”. They never call you back. And since they have no competition, they have no reason to better their services. Your average joe probably knows more about networking than these people, I spent 2 months with no internet because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my connection. If you have the option to use any other company for anything, I implore you to do so.
