  Melissa is very professional and friendly. On the day of our closing she explained every document in detail before my wife and I signed anything. She made herself available and answered all of our questions throughout the entire home buying process. We would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to buy a home!

  Melissa Mohan recently handled preparing a sale contract and then a closing for the sale of a half interest in a professional office in a coop building on Manhattan's Upper East Side. This turned out to be an over 2 year long duration transaction due to no fault on Melissa's part, but she stayed with it and saw it through to a successful conclusion. She is highly professional in every respect, fully responsive, and does excellent quality work at a reasonable fee.
