- JMJonat MatinezJan 2, 20261.0Esta oficina es bien descotez no se la recomiendo a ningún latino porque el que atiende las citas para pasaporte es racista quise tramitar el pasaporte de mi bebé y me preguntó si podía ablar el inglés y le dije que ablaba poco y que lo entendía bien y me dijo si tú no sabes el idioma no vengas que no te atenderé y yo le dije que asta el formulario ya lo avía llenado y me dijo que no que si no abla a inglés que no llegara enojado me salió en la llamada nose si a alguien más le a pasado eso en esta oficina
- SSSamantha ScerboNov 29, 20251.0Looking for the business hours of the post office, I stumbled upon these reviews and yes, the passport man should absolutely be fired. In July I needed to get my 1 year old son a passport. I made the post office apt to also get photos done for him but he was behaving so well when I got my own photos done at staples we were able to get his done. Upon arriving and having no idea where to go I was exactly 2 minutes late in which time I received a nasty voicemail that he would be leaving since I didn’t make my appointment. When I got there I apologized and handed him the paperwork. He told me the photos I had of my son were horrible there is no way they are going to approve them and then proceeded to show me pictures of other children’s applications who he felt weren’t going to pass that he still accepted that day!!! Not to mention just having everyone’s personal info just out and about. When I asked for him to then take the picture here as I made the apt for them, he actually laughed at me and said no he doesn’t take photos. After pushback he said well he’s too short, the back of the chair will show in the background. After some more scoffing at me, he handed me the receipt and I stormed off. I was so upset the other employees helped me for the remainder so I did not have to see him again. I called and complained and they were sincerely apologetic but you could tell they weren’t surprised. And just an update there was no problem with the photo and he received his passport 2 weeks later. I have never been so angry.
- ADAurela DurraOct 28, 20251.0Please get the person who works at the passport fired, he was so rude , told me to get lost and to go to other office because he is not gonna help us, i told him politely to never talk to me like that and i asked for a manager he told me he is the manager,, i left the office asked for a manager i told him everything that happened and he was nice and told us to write a complain and that the person at the passport gonna help us in a minute,, then the manager talked with him and than we got inside and finished my newborn baby application… i would give him if possible negative star and please fire him if someone is reading this.
- ADAltin DurraOct 28, 20251.0I don think this is the way you do your job when people waiting for you to get your passport done We had appointment 2:45 he called us and ask to make appointment 12:30 i said okay i left work to be there on time He started complain about papers he refuse to explain to me the ladies in front office helped us and when i went back he said i was late and he had other appointments when there was nobody to get helped I called the manager he was nice and helped us with the process We went inside and you can see the pic the way he waited for us. Very rude person I don’t think deer park deserves that person to help our community he shut be fired is second time that happen to me same way he acted to us with our first baby I wish this guy gets what he deserves
