I have a small PO box and recently they've incorporated an easier way of retrieving larger packages, so you can retrieve your mail easier if when the post office is closed. They put a key in your PO box which accesses a larger box containing your packages. I have medications I need and this method insures I get them.

Then scheduled a pick up for today to come to door to pick up, she put my mail in the box and never came to the door. I get nothing but a busy signal when trying to call. Nit happy

This is just another fine example of the Dansville post office commitment to make sure that every package is delivered timely for the holidays! I really appreciate how these hardworking men and women really strives to make sure that everybody's holiday is a pleasant one and a happy one. God bless all the postal workers that are out there, it's really great seeing what they do and going the extra mile for the customers.
