  Was running late they had just closed and needed to pick up access point package that was medication they refused. My medication better be okay! I'm really upset usually no issues here but wow. Edit: After checking with my home delivery pharmacist and the timing of the delivery they informed me picking up next day will be ok. I was super worried as medication needs to be in fridge...and we all know medication is not cheap! I will say that the guy following procedures could have been nicer instead of annoyed. I do understand you're closed but no reason to be rude.

  I’ve been going to this UPS store for years. I appreciate their outstanding service for both flyer printing and shipping. Special shout out to Anthony for his fantastic help every time. Highly recommend.

  The UPS Store here in Croton-on-Hudson has become my go-to spot when I'm in the area, and honestly, it’s mostly because of Anthony. This man is a whole breath of fresh air in customer service. Every time I walk in, he greets people with real kindness, patience, and this calm energy that makes even the most stressful shipping situations feel simple. He’s helped me with everything from last-minute returns to packaging fragile items, and he always goes above and beyond. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about taking care of people the right way, which is rare these days. I’ve seen him handle tough customers with nothing but professionalism and grace. People might come in with bad attitudes or try to twist a situation, but Anthony stays level-headed, respectful, and helpful. That says a lot about his character. If you’re in the area and need anything shipped, printed, or notarized, this is the place. Also, if you’re lucky enough to get helped by Anthony? You best believe you are in good hands! Highly recommend this location. They truly deserve more love than they’re getting. 🙌🏽📦

  I ordered a pair of Crocs for a Christmas gift, and UPS confirmed—multiple times through customer service and the Yorktown distribution center—that the package was mistakenly delivered to this UPS Store. When I went over to pick it up, one employee was polite and tried to help, but the package they walked over to my workplace wasn’t the correct one. When I returned to explain this, another employee very dismissively insisted they never received my actual package (without asking my name or tracking info), despite every UPS representative confirming that this location is exactly where it went. Over the past 24 hours, I’ve spoken with UPS customer service twice, the distribution center three times, and this store multiple times, only to end up in a loop where Crocs won’t help because the package shows as delivered, UPS won’t let me file a claim, and the store denies ever having it. The manager was at least sympathetic and honest in telling me that my only real option is to file a chargeback—which I’ll do—but the gift I ordered is now sold out and no longer on sale, which makes this even more frustrating. I’m not sure whether my package was given to the wrong customer, misplaced, or something else entirely, but the conflicting information and lack of accountability have left me with no trust in this location. I truly hope they review their processes, because this situation should never have happened.
