This was the first time we needed assistance packing a very heavy item—over 100 pounds—and we required help getting it shipped back to the seller. We walked in and immediately let them know that I needed to move my car out of the loading zone, and all the workers responded with, “Cool.” When I came back, they promptly came over to help pack the item. Anthony was incredibly helpful in taking measurements and pricing out the packing materials. Everyone was extremely kind and supportive. It was a huge relief to have the final step handled with such great care, especially after the difficulty we had with the seller in getting the return process started. We also had additional needs, such as writing the RMA on the box and taking photos of how it was packed for proof of proper return. Anthony sent those over within a few hours, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the team here, and major props to Anthony for all his help.
