- NYNataliya YakovchukJan 24, 20221.0I have been going to this post office for 11 years since getting a job nearby. I am amazed by the positive feedback of this person named Anthony. I have never met the rudest and more obnoxious person working in the post office. It is almost like he is looking for a chance to give you a hard time and be rude. I sort of know who leaves those nice reviews. Every time I stand in line, he chats with some old lady and complains about everything and tries to be all charming. I stopped going there unless I need to drop something without interacting with him. Once I printed the label at home for something I weighted and he found it to be 0.5oz heavier. He charged me for that, and it wasn't a little. He is just never helpful in any way, just the opposite. And I think I give a LOT of business to the post office by mailing a lot of packages. One time I came during my lunch break and had to wait for him for about 15 min because he was buying soup at the nearby deli. According to someone who waited with me, he has to buy his soup before his lunch break at 1pm because they run out of his favorite soup. So, he gets his lunch break plus 15 min for buying soup as I lose my 15 min of lunch break. The guy constantly complains about everything and his job. He could do us all a great favor of either quitting or retiring. I go to 2-3 other post offices now even though it is not that convenient for me - and everywhere people are really nice and helpful. By the way, every time Anthony is not there, I get pretty good service and other people working there are great, it is just this one guy.
