The US Postal Service has become an agency that lacks care and offers subpar customer service. That's what happens when there is a union and they are paid the same, whether they do a good job or not.

Big shoutout to the man that answers the phone. If there's one thing he's good at, it's ignoring basic manners. Get a different job if you hate working with people so much.

This post office is TERRIBLE. Leaving packages near the road in the open or not even delivering things at all. A mailman hit my mailbox and ripped my handle off once. I'm so beyond fed up with them it's maddening. I even went to the post office once to pick up a package to be delivered and the guy behind the desk was on his phone the entire time. How about do the job your paid to do and take care of the public. It's disgusting how things have been conducted within this post office.
