- CIChristina IvanovFeb 14, 20261.0Every time when I go there I am a little disappointed because most of the people who work there are not nice. However, now I strongly believe they have serious issues. This week I went there with my son (5 years old) so he can send his valentine to his best friend. It was close to 5 pm so the lady who works there got out and started to empty the mailbox. She got my son’s valentine out of the mailbox and complained that it’s not flat and it should be sent as a package. I explained her that it’s just a kid’s valentine and usually they are not flat but not heavy, either. I didn’t want to make a big deal especially when she was ruining my son’s experience so I told her I am sending the card anyway and if it comes back to us, this is okay. Well, they ripped his valentine and sent an empty envelope to the little girl. It was a heartbreaking thing to do, they are only 5… I hope someone enjoys a little squishy!
