- AAAnon6 days ago1.0I’ve only had a pleasant experience here ONCE, with the youngest female staff member who was super helpful and attentive. Every other time the staff has been sitting in the back where I have to ring the bell several times for them to come up. Once they come they see I have a mailer and ask if I need to pay for it (I have my own that I bring already sealed up with me which they would see if they were at the window when customers walked in!). I called today because a package I had them scan in 3 DAYS AGO hasn’t left the facility. The woman I spoke to refused to be of any help, dismissing me and making excuses rather than just simply checking for the mailer as the facility is fairly small. Really disappointing that the rest of the postal staff isn’t as kind. I definitely understand why people avoid this location.

If I ask a question or ask for advice, she is always rude and raises her voice or yells at me. I do not recommend this office to anyone. such a nice little town and such a terrible employee
