- RWRandolph WhiteFeb 20, 20263.0I love the store but as an African American in places that aren't predominately black you always get the sense that staff feel they will respect patrons but dont feel black men deserve respect or good customer service and mostly i get good customer service but sometimes its a white person smiles and corporate policy but if your black, i can be rude raise voice and or be sarcastic n dismissive to you i mostly don get it always but sometimes its the i dont have to respect a black person or refuse to.i literally had to complain to corporate bc it was clear i dont have to respect black people was the operating procedure for few whether it was yelling at me or being down right rude it was being black means I don't have to treat you as a human being. I rated it higher bc many staff good but I'm goad corporate was good as well understanding that its blatantly obvious that a customer service rep shouldn't be yelling loudly at customers. I'm glad it was obvious I was right that if you work at a job you should not be screaming yelling berating and insulting customers
