- ADAdam DennisonSep 4, 20251.0Wife had a loan here. Paid it off in person last month. Called later that day to confirm that the payments were stopped. Just got another payment taken out of our bank account this month. I live three hours away from the closest branch, so I have to call their customer service and they are very unhelpful and do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. I do not recommend their loan services.
