If you have a post office box, when you ask for your packages, the employees don't ask for your name and box number. In fact, I have walked into the post office and my packages were ALREADY on the counter because the clerk saw me through the window and before I entered the building had retrieved my packages. Speaking of postal boxes, one of the perks of 10920 is that unlike most post offices, your postal box there is available 24/7. So you can ALWAYS get your mail, day/night/weekends or holidays. Service like this cannot exist anywhere except in a small post office where most of the clerks care. And it goes both ways. The postal clients know the clerks and ask them how they are... and it's not just something to say. The hamlet cares about the clerks. They are personable and efficient to the best of their ability and training. They earnestly try their best to give good service. This is a post office that cares.
