    They are on top of their game at this location. All the staff is well trained and they move things along. Even though not the closest mailbox store to me I always go there.

    I've had good interactions at this location until now. I was returning a package for them to scan the barcode. I don't have a printer to print a return label. The place clarified that the UPS store could scan the bar code. I bring it in and the guy was rude. Told me I need to print it out and I was misinformed. He was really nasty. What is lost in the response is that it's not about the label. It's about how unprofessional the employee was.
