  Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very weak and unprofessional. Communication was unclear, responses were slow, and the issue was not handled properly. This was disappointing and did not meet basic customer service standards.

  I wanted to update my review to thank Shalin for being very helpful in resolving an issue with two packages I dropped off right before closing. She was able to confirm what happened and provided a drop-off receipt the next morning, which I really appreciated. That said, going forward, I think it’s important that acceptance scans are completed at the time of drop-off, especially when customers come in close to closing time. Leaving acceptance scans to the next shift can cause unnecessary stress for customers shipping time-sensitive or high-value items. I appreciate the issue being resolved and Shalin’s professionalism, and I hope this feedback helps improve the process moving forward.

  They went above and beyond to help me even though they couldn’t do anything for me. They printed my label for $1, boxed my stuff and taped it up so that I could send it to my local USPS. TJ is the associate that worked with me 🫡🩷 Appreciate you!! He deserves a raise.
