The staff are always with an attitude I’m always making complaints about the postman who is always putting the wrong mail in my mailbox from different people and different addresses but it looks like the manager doesn’t do anything about it because the problem continues.

The one or two counter staff on duty usually have a shitty attitude and the wait times can be horrible. Sometimes it’s worth it to drive farther to the Whitestone location but it’s just an inconvenience

I live 3 blocks from them and still haven't gotten packages I am waiting for, dunno how they are still in business. Highly suggest they change their hours from 7 am to 6pm so people can get their mail and packages faster, hire better help.

This is exactly how UPS and FedEx take all the business from USPS now that we’re allowed to choose the carrier we want handling our packages. No wonder this is 2.2 stars as a reading with 70+ reviews.
