The one or two counter staff on duty usually have a shitty attitude and the wait times can be horrible. Sometimes it’s worth it to drive farther to the Whitestone location but it’s just an inconvenience
- JNJohn NeugebauerOct 24, 20251.0Honestly I’m surprised this post office received more than one star, everytime you go there it’s a bad experience, between the extremely limited parking, the filthy lobby, the exorbitant prices that are higher than other post offices… This location needs to be shut down. It makes the DMV seem enjoyable.
- CWCici WuSep 15, 20251.0The counter staff lack training and exhibit no courtesy, respect, or professionalism. There is often only one woman working inside. When dropping off labeled packages, she frequently refuses to provide receipts and has an extremely poor attitude.

That’s too bad service!!
