- HHHelp Me it’s (Cohoes Hell)Apr 1, 20261.0Feel like going insane at the post office? Have nothing better to do than test whether your mental health is good? Then this PO is for you! My packages routinely get returned to sender for no reason, and the postal workers here refuse to resolve the issue. And the lady working the window is 2 inches away from a complete breakdown at all times. She’s super rude and abrasive and clearly hates your guts, unprovoked. AVOID IF POSSIBLE! Also: don’t bother calling this PO. They will not answer the phone. Ever.

The employee seems to be unaware of the line of people when they have irrelevant, drawn out conversations with customers, then becomes rude when people are visibly frustrated. A 20 to 30 minute wait in line could easily be avoided if A. Management hires more people B. Current employees were trained better on time management and customer service skills and C. Update your technology so customers can quickly get labels or receipts in a timely manner.
