- NRNykky RoadarmelDec 3, 20251.0Avoid this post office if possible. There is only one employee working at any given time, which causes unnecessary wait times. The employee seems to be unaware of the line of people when they have irrelevant, drawn out conversations with customers, then becomes rude when people are visibly frustrated. A 20 to 30 minute wait in line could easily be avoided if A. Management hires more people B. Current employees were trained better on time management and customer service skills and C. Update your technology so customers can quickly get labels or receipts in a timely manner.

This post office needs an overhaul since my mother had sent me a birthday card every year since moving to the Capital Region and the past 3 years, I never received any of them. Besides that, my stepmother dropped off a get well card, containing a generous gift for the receiver and she was confused why she hasn't gotten a "thank you" so she called and gets told that it never arrived. She dropped it off a week and half ago and should've been delivered within 3 to 4 days. They're just dropping mails with no regards and trashing them.

I’ve only been living in this area for a year and at least once a month something gets delivered to the wrong address. Usually my neighbors are good about bringing me my stuff but two packages have been lost for good now.
