- DADave ArnoldOct 9, 20231.0Clockville, NY Post Office often has no one there during business hours. Can't buy stamps nor mail packages. One only has access to PO box 2 hours a day, yet pays same per box as a Post Office open 8 hours a day. It is very poorly run.
