  Took my packages to return to Amazon and it went fast for I had 11 items but of course I had everything ready on my phone.

  I went there today for an Amazon return. When it was my turn in line, the associate Taylor just started taping boxes and then putting together more boxes while I’m standing there waiting and a line was forming behind me. Another associate came by, I thought he might help, but he didn’t even look at me and he just started with the box taping. At first I thought he was just finishing up after the last customer but it became clear that neither associate was going to even acknowledge me. So finally l said, “are either of you going help me?” The response was “we’re doing boxes.” This was after 5 minutes with a line of people behind me, all of whom looked as perplexed as I was. Well that’s lovely that they’re working but they could at least acknowledge that I was standing right there at the line. Only then did I get any attention for my 30 second Amazon return. Hey, sorry to bother you, but if you’re going to be an Amazon return station, your employees should be socialized enough to at least greet their customers.

  I needed Ink for my HPENVY Printer, and was taken care of very quickly by 1 of UR clerks, and then a Manager type accepted the flyer for the upcoming Chicken BBQ On April 11, and I was checked our very nicely Ken

  I was at the Clifton Park and I just have to rave about how wonderfully I was treated. I was greeted and helped to find exactly what I asked for in such short notice. Joe and Nya helped me with such courtesy and professionalism. They both made the entire process easy and timely. I truly cannot say enough how satisfied and grateful I am.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Staples when trying to complete an Amazon return. The employee at the register, Anthony, told me I would need to wait several minutes while he handled other tasks behind the counter. I was the only one standing there awkward for several minutes. During this time, he made no eye contact. No communication or acknowledgment, very strange when you work in customer service role. When it was finally my turn, he scanned my receipt without saying a single word. I asked him if he was ok to scan. The interaction felt dismissive and rude, and there was no effort made to provide even basic customer service. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Lacking poor skills. I would not recommend this location for Amazon returns or general shopping based on this experience.
