- MWMicheale WellsApr 16, 20261.0Lately the mail carrier who delivers to my house has been neglecting to deliver any Amazon packages. Highly inconvenient for me to travel to the post office when other people are sending and ordering from Amazon to be sent to my home. When I work past closing time of the post office most days and have wait almost nearly a week after delivery to collect my packages because I don’t have time to just drop what I’m doing to retrieve them. The entire point of having it delivered to the house is for it to be at the house when I get home!

My most frustrating part of this postal service is when i have a package and the mail person delivers my mail but not my package and then writes down on the tracking number unable to deliever due to weather....and that day was sunny. They are a joke to the federal mail service.

Just called the Post Office and the support agent said “I am sorry the local post office didn’t want to help, she should be able to print you a a pre paid priority mail envelope with tracking number with your complete address”. It is so sad to have a rural mentality. The first time she throw me a piece to tape since I brought my box without it.
