I pay $84 a year for my post box and someone is going through my mail, business mail is opened, then taped shut and there is long delays for delivery.... Care to chime in ? Ps. Mail tampering, fraud, breaking and entry, unauthorized use. Just to name a few. There is a difference between delay because of the weather and a delay of 15 days between Albany New York and Verona NY. It was business mail...
