From getting other people's mail and packages continually, and having to call the post office several different times to today. I ordered something online when I got to the mailbox today, my package was laying on the ground just waiting to be run over!!! Terrible customer service! I'm calling tomorrow to complain!!
- LTLisa TeremyMar 13, 20231.0The employee who used to work at the Bergen post office moved to Churchville. Her customer service skills are nasty. I stopped going to Bergen bc of her, and now she's at Churchville. She's rude, and mean. Drive the extra and go to another one.

- JHJennifer HargisMar 30, 20191.0The parcel delivery driver, refuses to leave my packages. This has been a repeat issue. I was home today at 8:05am the supposed time of delivery, and when I checked on my tracking, the website said delivery was attempted but there was no safe place to leave my package, and that they left a notice. To be clear no notice was left, I checked the mailbox, where there was mail left and the front door. At the time of 'attempted' delivery there were no dogs outside, and it was clear that someone was home, as the car was in the driveway with the garage door open. No attempt was made to deliver my package, I don't think the driver even stopped. There were plenty of safe places to leave package, as evidenced by the other package I received at 8:40 am today from a different Amazon carrier.
