About 3-4 minutes This Blonde Haired woman was not very nice, rude during the whole process. She walks up to the counter… What can I help you with? I'd like some help to send this letter Certified Return Receipt and she weighs my letter and then hands me a bunch of things to fill out and tells to go to the table over across the room to fill it out, never offering to help me. I had gone to the North Chili location the week before for the same thing. They asked me what I wanted to do, they said okay, filled the papers out for me, I payed said Thank You and left. From now on i'll go back to the North Chili, NY location. Not Churchville No More!

I was home today at 8:05am the supposed time of delivery, and when I checked on my tracking, the website said delivery was attempted but there was no safe place to leave my package, and that they left a notice. To be clear no notice was left, I checked the mailbox, where there was mail left and the front door. At the time of 'attempted' delivery there were no dogs outside, and it was clear that someone was home, as the car was in the driveway with the garage door open. No attempt was made to deliver my package, I don't think the driver even stopped. There were plenty of safe places to leave package, as evidenced by the other package I received at 8:40 am today from a different Amazon carrier.
