- LTLeona ThomasAug 13, 20251.0Stopped in to mail out a letter Certified Return Receipt this PM around 4:15pm. I walk in stand there, ring bell. About 3-4 minutes This Blonde Haired woman was not very nice, rude during the whole process. She walks up to the counter… What can I help you with? I'd like some help to send this letter Certified Return Receipt and she weighs my letter and then hands me a bunch of things to fill out and tells to go to the table over across the room to fill it out, never offering to help me. I had gone to the North Chili location the week before for the same thing. They asked me what I wanted to do, they said okay, filled the papers out for me, I payed said Thank You and left. From now on i'll go back to the North Chili, NY location. Not Churchville No More!
