I'm giving one star only because of one girl that has been there that cares. Her name is Joanne. Whenever I have had a problem she has been helpful and caring. As far as the postmaster not so much. I used to have a very reliable mail carrier but over the last few weeks my mail has been mis-delivered or not delivered at all. I recently received everyone's mail on the road down the street from me. And I have not received mail I was supposed to get. I have had problems receiving my mail on more than one occasion in the past. I signed up for the informed delivery so I know what I should be expecting. And when I call about where is my mail I am told that the system shows mail that's going to be deliver 7-10 days after you see the picture. Not true. Because when I check it every day what they show me is what I get. So when I don't get something I know they probably mis-delivered it to someone else. So they lie to cover themselves. I am still missing mail they have no idea where it went. Was supposed to receive a package and received an email saying at my request it is being held at post office. NOOOO! I never requested that. I think if they don't want to be bothered they scan and put that in to cover themselves cause they didn't deliver it. Excuse upon excuse. I have complained numerous times to the postmaster in Chester with no results.

Yes ~line is always slow because they have to type address into the computer and print label and weight and other stuff! But compare from a bigger town or city! I consider it really fast! So people have to stop complaining! Or go early be the first guy or be late be the last guy😂

0 stars September 8th I had a package shipped priority w/signature from a business to another business they tried to deliver it but where not able to as it required a signature. I requested it be redeliver on September 10th and no attempt whatsoever was made to do so. I waited a week thinking maybe it was deep in the warehouse. I called USPS customer care on September 18th to try and resolve the issue. I spoke w/Rob and after he looked into it he rescheduled a delivery again as well opened a case ticket for it and assured it would be redelivered by the 19th, as well I would hear something in two days about the case. I checked the tracking status around 8:30pm on the 19th as it was my anniversary and didn't want to be bothered with a headache, to my surprise *sarcasm intended* it had not been redelivered,, nor was there an attempt to even try. Called Customer care again September 20th spoke with Andre. He looked further into it and ask me several questions pertaining to the case and what not. He then escalated it to a higher status and said I should hear something within 2/3 business days. Not even 10 minutes after hanging up I received a nasty phone call from who I believe is the manager asking if I was going to pick up my package I explained to him as nicely as I could that it had to go to the address it was going to due to the nature of the contents and redelivery had been requested twice and no attempt had been made.
