- CWChuck WhighamJul 11, 20235.0My wife and I were in the area and we decided to try the USPS in Chenango Bridge as opposed to the facility in Whitney Point. Jessica, Clerk #3 is absolutely amazing! She immediately greeted us with a big and warm smile upon entering the facility. She was pleasant, friendly and happy to help! I asked her if she had any plastic and padded Priority Mail envelopes available. Jessica smiled, replied, "Yes" and quickly retrieved an envelope for me. She was processing some reports in the rear and indicated for us to ring the service bell when we were ready. Jessica quickly processed our package and asked if we could complete a feedback survey about our experience. I informed her that I am a huge Google Reviewer and that I would do so. This facility is clean, well stocked and maintained. We will definitely be returning here to handle USPS matters!
