I told the woman that answered the phone that I do not have to the tracking number because it’s a package for my fiance and she had to sign it. I ask “ is there anyway that we could have the package left at an ups facility soy fiance could pick it up after work because we can stay home from work to sign for a package”. The lady proceeded to tell me that I had to call the sender of the package and tell them to call ups so they can tell them it’s ok for me to pick up my package at a facility….. TOTALLY FALSE!!!! I called the location on Harlem road and the lady told me that they absolutely have the package sent to an ups facility without having to call the package sender. The woman at the Harlem road location laughed when I told her an employer told me that they couldn’t do that…. She did say I needed a tracking number which I knew I would and I told her I couldn’t get the tracking number because I didn’t have it ( my fiance was at work and didn’t have her phone next to her), but when I get the tracking number I will call back and get it figured out. Simply put I think the lady at the union location is just flat out rude, and obviously doesn’t know what she is talking about!!!
- RMRon MSep 8, 20251.0Avoid this establishment at all costs. They charge to tape your box. Afternoon lady at register was rude as soon as I approached her. Owner stepped in and was rude and arrogant. Employees laughed at me and owner told me not to come back. No problem.
