I called to schedule the delivery and set up and was told that it could not be done until the 2nd week of March. Reason is because they only do the delivery and install on every other Monday. (Meaning only twice a month). I live 15 minutes from the warehouse.

The first text said the delivery would be three days previous, which was obviously wrong. They updated that after a few days and the delivery was updated to be yesterday. I did get a call from them saying they were running late and would be here at “about 6:09.” They never showed up and this morning they sent a text saying the location was inaccessible and I couldn’t reschedule. I called IKEA, which was where my order was coming from originally, and they told me the delivery had been rescheduled for next week. Then this evening I got a text saying it would be delivered today and five minutes later they arrived. And the delivery guys were great! Apparently the truck broke down yesterday. So yes, I got the delivery, and I’m happy about that, but there was a lot of unnecessary chaos in the communications.
