- BBBrian BakerApr 19, 20261.01 star solely for the arrogant and lazy delivery driver. I’ve watched not once, but twice a “delivery attempted”. The second lie is what caused this review. When you watch on camera the USPS worker not even make an attempt to walk the package to the door, but then state “delivery attempted” is just wrong. For USPS workers to not be held liable for wrongdoings is typical of government entities. Do better.
- CPCurls PenMar 21, 20261.0The older lady who works here is lovely, but the younger one I’ve seen the last few times is so awful. I thought at first she was in a bad mood so I let it go but she’s like that all the time, acts angry with you and makes you feel stupid and unwelcome just for normal things. And when the survey comes up to ask about service, she presses the positive one for you. I don’t need someone to be overly cheery at work, I get it, but she’s actively mean for no reason.

I order live birds (baby chicks) through them and the lady called me at 8 am (30 minutes before opening) to let me know my chicks had arrived so they weren’t there longer than they needed to be. I’ve tried the Phoenix post office and others and they never called or reported my poultry arrived which is terrible. I will be using this office for now on with my online orders!

Apprantly it seems like she hates her job by me judging the look on her face that day. Oh well.
