I see that the guy I had an issue with yesterday is pretty notorious for his attitude and professionalism in the review section. Im not surprised. So im compelled to leave a review of my experience too. I won't even refer him as a gentleman so let's say clerk 27 as stated on my receipt. This heavy set Spanish looking old man with a gray/white beard is the nastiest clerk ive ever encountered. Even if I wasnt following their rules when it come to putting a return address on a certified letter which I had reason to because it was going to someone that I was not comfortable displaying my address to them, this clerk 27 gave me such a nasty attitude and pushed the letter back k to be saying hes not going to send it. Im 46 years old, a military vet and retired from a city job. I wish this guy walked into my last job I retired from or if I showed up when he needed help so that I could treated him the same way if he did something that I thought he wasnt doing right so he could feel embarrassed or stupid. That wouldve felt good. I did things and seen things from both line of work ive done for decades that this clerk #27 wouldn't even stomach or be able to handle and for him to talk to me and treat me that way when all he had to do was explain it nicely instead of talking to me like I was a child in front of people standing behind me. I interacted with him in the past and hes always in a bad mood. You say good morning to him like I do with everyone and im always polite and thankful and this thing you call a USPS employee doesn't even respond back. I told him yesterday that ive sent a certified letter with no return address before with him and he had no problems sending it before so why is it a problem now? I told him that if the person says they never received the letter thats not my problem or USPS or the courts problem because this is involving a tenant and all the court cares about is that if it was delivered. They dont care if they claimed they never got it. They just care if it was sent and delivered even if the mailman leaves the little slip of failed delivery. After that USPS can toss it in the garbage for all I care if the tenants dont claim it. I tried to explain that to him and it was like talking to a big fat wall. This clerk #27 needs to retire already because every time you go up to deal with him you can feel the air is so heavy and hes ready to disrespect you just by the look of his face. Next time im not gonna bite my tongue or continue being polite. Next time im gonna get verbally nasty right back at him to the point they are gonna have to call the police on me. Who the hell this guy think he is? Theres people out there going through stuff in life walking in there. Hes gonna disrespect the wrong person. Im telling you USPS, put this guy in the back sorting mail or or something. Better yet transfer him somewhere else if he hates his job that much. Get outta here. If you think im exaggerating, look at the rest of the reviews.

Customer service was horrible I was having issues with a shipping label and instead of helping me they just told me to go to another post office. The Asian guy was very rude about it to.
