- DDDominique DerosaDec 22, 20251.0Absolute worst post office I have ever been to in my life, extremely rude unhelpful And very, very inconsiderate. These people they have working there have to be some of the most unkind people I've experienced at a post office.
- JBJC BurtinMar 15, 20251.0Go to the Selden post office instead. The Centereach office is incredibly inept, and one of the guys is really rude. I put in a forwarding request six weeks ago. My mail has not been forwarded to the address. When I inquired at my new post office, I was told Centereach canceled my request. And let me add that three greeting cards I sent on the same day I placed the forwarding have not arrived at their destinations.

- AAArtwyztNov 22, 20231.0For some reason any time I get a piece of mail or package that DOES NOT fit into the mailbox our mail carrier wont bring the mail to the house and leave it on the porch, he'll usually try to make them fit. What makes things worse is that the items almost always have "DO NOT BEND" in big bold letters written in more than one place on the package. No matter how many times I have called and spoken to supervisors assure me it wont happen again, it continues to happen which tells me that our mailman is either not being reported and/or he's not worried about any type of punishment so he simply doesn't care.
