- RCRobert ColvinNov 7, 20251.0I had a package shipped to my house and when they went to deliver it to my house I was not home, I was left with no notice of them attempting to deliver the package, so I called main postal service who emailed the post master at the facility who I'm sure ignored the email until after the fact they had returned my package to the sender. No contact was made to me before they sent my package back, no second attempt to deliver, nothing. I went there to hopefully catch the package before it was sent back and was told it was to late and they were "sorry". I had made several phone calls prior to them returning my package once to the postal service and then I contacted Cazenovia post office directly and he said he would look into it as fast as possible, 2 hours later I drove there and was to late.. Will not go here for anything ever and hope that this review informs others to make the correct choice and avoid it here. HORRIBLE PLACE
- TFTyler FrenchtFeb 16, 20251.0The last postal mail carrier lady always went above and beyond to make sure we got our packages, this new one does the least amount possible multiple times if she couldn’t get into the driveway never left a note or anything about 2nd delivery just marked it that I wanted it sent back to the post office so that I could go out of my way to pick it up Even after me leaving a note in the mailbox to leave it by the mail box.
