- ERElijah RøyalJul 5, 20252.0The postal worker Nathan always has an attitude. He’s short and always rude. It seems that he is dissatisfied with life. Or unhappy to be at work. He has told me in the past that I’m not allowed to use two payment methods because it flags in their system. (which you totally are allowed to use two payment methods. If it flags fill out the paperwork, that’s it.) My husband and I have different cards and don’t typically use various apps to send money because our weary of hackers. It’s an extra step for us to stop at the bank to take the money out. Regardless, I’m going to do two payment methods anyway. Today he caught an attitude in regards to me using my two payment methods, and I told him that it genuinely does not matter. I’m paying my rent. It’s going to my landlord. He then attempted to get aggressive then suggest I get my money order somewhere else. I have been coming to this Catskill post office since I was in a stroller. I have never been disrespected like that in this establishment until he started working there.

- CTcheryl taylorSep 10, 20193.0Trying to get through their automated system is like pulling teeth without novacain. You put the tracking number in and they can't seem to find it,SERIOUSLY!!! My package better NOT be sent back. It's sad when You cannot talk to a person anymore. I was born and raised in NY. I left for personal reasons. Now I'm back for 2 1/2 months. Nice welcome. I'm not saying people aren't doing their jobs but communication is vital. Since the introduction of cell phones, communication has hit an all time low.
