- CCChas2 days ago1.0tracking says my package cannot be left due to unsecure location ??? .Says I got a notice but there was none ( only found out by checking tracking.) I go online to have the package held at post office which took forever as its buggy ..I finally set it up to be held at post office only to wake up and see "out for delivery" but I wont be home .Of course I call the Carmel N Y post office 6 times and after it rings 20 times each time I then get a busy signal . I then drive to the carmel post office and in the lobby I call the post office sure enoigh I dont hear a phone ringing ...they must have the ringer silenced ! After all this the package was just a small ground advantage envelope that could have been left in mailbox !!! WTH?? Post office rates keep going up and the employees are getting worse . Oh I forgot they dont stock most forms,envelopes and priority mail address stickers in the lobby so you have to wait in line ask for whatever then wait in line again to transact your transaction .
- LHLove Is HomemadeApr 20, 20261.0I wish I could give 0 stars. I own a small business on Etsy and the TikTok shop shipping out dehydrated sourdough starter. My packages are in small bubble mailers and sometimes I cannot make it out to have them scanned in person. There were 3 different occasions where I left just a single bubble mailer in my mailbox to be shipped out thinking the carrier would scan on site. I would have been ok with a delayed scan but these 3 were completely missing so I’m convinced now that my mail is either being tossed or stolen. I do not trust them to pick up any mail from my mailbox because at this point I am convinced they are being dishonest. I let it go twice but the 3rd time was the last straw.
