- MCMC CNov 26, 20251.0This office is a joke! Their employees are not friendly at all with bad attitude most of the time. The funny thing is that they have a device that the consumer have to pick how the service was , you can pick a sad face, angry face or a happy face. 9 out of 10 times the USPS employees from the Carle Place office click the happy face themselves!! And if they don’t , they ask you to click the happy face button. A costumer last week called them on it. More people should start calling them out. The survey should be done by the costumer not the employee and the employees should not be telling us to click the happy face. If they want a a happy face maybe they should do a better job! Shame on them.

Thankfully the worker next to her was so sweet and helpful. Someone like that should not work here. Unhelpful and rude for someone who has normal questions as someone who’s not familiar with how to send out mail. Never going to this location again.
