    Employees are super polite & accommodating. Prices are somewhat higher here. Returns are now easier & Amazon emails confirmation - right away. We hope the parking lot gets needed repairs soon.

    Great store, great staff and always friendly. I have always had great interactions with Lachell, Jason, and the newer guy with the green hair. I only do my business printing here, they always ha eor can always get everything I need.

    I have returned multiple items for Amazon and the staples associate will scan my QR code, Put the label and sticker on it, pack it in their box for Amazon and say I’m all set and then Amazon says they never received my return so my card gets charged for that product anyway and i never get refunded. This has happened to me on three occasions. I have had to reach out to Amazon customer service to correct most of these problems but recently they have asked me for a receipt to show proof and staples told me this past week they no longer give receipts?? so now I have no proof? Staples should reimburse me for the money that I have lost. Because I don’t blame Amazon- to them, It looks like i didn’t return the item when I have no proof, when I definitely did return. Also, some of the employees are very rude and on their phone while they work. Couple days ago they said they were short staffed and no longer were doing Amazon returns? Meanwhile, the girl was on her phone and could’ve totally taken my return.
