- DLDaniel LoveOct 12, 20251.0Went to this location two times for different reasons. One in fall of 2024 and the other in spring of 2025. The first time I arrived close to the opening time. While I could hear two women talking in a back room they didn’t respond to me or others trying to get their attention. When they finally came out 20 minutes later to help the now large line of customers they were immediately rude. I assumed this was an isolated incident. The second time I went, it was for a different reason and they were rude and unhelpful again. It’s disappointing that they are neglecting their responsibilities in such an obvious way.
- MKmisty kelloggJul 22, 20251.0Today I stopped by the Camillus post office to mail out some of my Sales from Poshmark. The lady at the counter was rude. Her face expressions are so terrible. Rolling her eyes and all! She told me I could not ship my packages in the boxes I had them in. I responded that I do this all the time. I said if I take it to the next post office they will do it. She handed me back the boxes and told me to go to the next post office then! I did and let her know that she is rude and incorrect. She then said she would call her manager......Horrible service. She is incorrect and wanted to argue. I got my packages shipped at a different location with friendly service.

- SAStephen ArmstrongOct 22, 20181.0This post office, exemplifies exactly why the USPS is doing so poorly as well as why we should just let it fail and have a private option take over. Very poor customer service and Actually quite rude. Walked in, not one single customer in the entire Place, had two Amazon packages to return and I was scolded by the man behind the counter for not coming with the packages sealed and the shipping labels cut already. I politely asked him for a pair of scissors and to lend me some tape which UPS does for me every single time I return an Amazon package. I was informed curtly that this is not allowed and I have to come prepared so that they can attend other customers, which is a joke since no one was there. I was told that if I liked, scissors could be lent but tape would be sold in order for me to send my package unless I wanted to go back home to repackage it myself. Thus what should have been an easy hassle-free in and out job entailed me making a purchase for a roll of tape that I did not need or want just so I can get out of there. I can assure you I will only be printing return labels for UPS moving forward.
