  Bed experience I had a very disappointing experience at the Staples return and print section. Michelle, who was working behind the counter UPS - shipping , was unprofessional and dismissive. She initially refused to accept my return, even though Staples does accept this type of return. After I showed her the confirmation on my phone, she touched my phone without asking and then told me to print the label and bring it back with noticeable attitude. Customer service should be respectful and helpful. Instead, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily confrontational. When I called the next day, she answered with the same negative tone. customers should not be treated this way. I hope management addresses professionalism and customer service standards.

  Cannot speak to Staples as a store, however as a ship center this place is pathetic. If you are going to offer shipping services, then at least have employees that are respectable and able to communicate without being rude. Apparently, at this location, you can only return Amazon packages until 4 PM? And if you have another QR code for any other UPS package, they won’t take it, but every other staples will? This location needs to work on their customer service and communication skills. Would not recommend to anyone.
