- NDN DDec 15, 20251.0Got on line at 1:42 PM for a book of stamps. Left at 2:22 PM. The wait time is an embarrassment. Any other business would have failed if it operated this way. Luckily USPS has our tax dollar to keep its abysmal operations afloat.
