Was hoping for them to delay unloading for about an hour and a half so that I can miss the traffic backup in Queens, NYC. But was unloaded immediately. So I sat in the lot for 2 hours before leaving. (YES, YOU CAN PARK OVERNIGHT AT THIS DELIVERY)

- JWJ WOct 14, 20251.0They kept crediting our account because they kept messing up the charges. Random amounts taken out of the bank at random times. This month in the span of one week we were charged 3 times 3 different days 3 different amounts, totalling $129 which is almost double our monthly bill. Every month this has been happening. Finally had enough and cancelled. Ready refresh was so much better i don’t know what’s happened since it switched to primo and im going to miss have the cold water but this company is awful. When asked about the charges we got different answers and then were told they didn’t see the charges on their end so they couldn’t help us. Also, they charge you another $50 when you cancel. Horrible experience since they took over. If you want random deliveries or being told it was delivered when it wasn’t, having the wrong amount of water delivered and being charged multiple times a month, random amounts, then go with this company.

Then tried to send in an old picture of my garage as proof of delivery when we changed the door 2 years prior. Nice try. Then was told they would redeliver and in the video here you see the driver stop then leave. But had the audacity to charge me not once but 3 times for a delivery that never happened. When in fact their own invoice says i should get a credit. Not worth it!

It started with repeatedly delayed scheduled deliveries with no explanation. A few weeks ago they charged us for a delivery that never came! We cannot get anyone on the phone and have sent dozens of emails. This company appears to be completely defunct. We have several empty bottles and no water source. What is going on?
